Job Description
Wiztech Group is a casino platform provider offering software solutions for online gambling operators, including the SportX/Provlepsi sportsbook and prediction markets product. We are hiring a Head of CRM for our Limassol team. This role sits within the CRM & Marketing function at Wiztech Group.
Responsibilities
Own and develop the overall CRM and retention strategy across gaming brands
Lead CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and other channels, and drive improvements in retention, engagement and LTV
Build and improve customer lifecycle automation and lead the CRM team

Requirements
Strong experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing
Experience in iGaming, online casino or betting is highly preferred
