About Min-ji Kim

Min-ji Kim is the Chief Editor at iGamingB2B.net, where she runs the editorial calendar and leads coverage of affiliate marketing, CRM automation and retention for iGaming operators. She brings an unusual combination of perspectives to the role: she has worked on the affiliate side, on the operator side, and on the platform side, and she uses all three lenses when she commissions or reviews a story.

Min-ji studied Journalism at Yonsei University in Seoul. She started in 2016 as an SEO content writer at 1win Partners, where she learned how affiliate content is actually ranked, monetised and tracked. In 2019 she moved to AdsEmpire as an affiliate marketing specialist, running campaigns across betting and casino verticals. In 2021 she joined NetBet's Cyprus office as content lead, working with CRM and product teams on retention flows that scaled across multiple brands and jurisdictions.

Today Min-ji focuses on retention and CRM automation for iGamingB2B. She has hands-on experience with the platforms operators actually use to segment, trigger and measure lifecycle campaigns, and her articles favour concrete numbers, real workflows and the trade-offs operators make when budgets and headcount are tight. She also runs iGamingB2B's editorial standards and is the final reviewer on every long-form article published on the site.

Outside of work, Min-ji watches more K-drama than she is willing to admit, is slowly learning Spanish, and hikes the Bukhansan trails near Seoul on weekends.
