Relax Gaming is an award-winning B2B content and platform supplier founded in 2010 in Finland by Patrik Österåker and Jani Tekoniemi. Today the company is headquartered in Sliema, Malta, and operates a network of nine office locations across Europe, employing more than 350 people across 35 nationalities. The group was majority-owned by Kindred Group from 2020 to 2024 and, following FDJ United's acquisition of Kindred in October 2024, now forms part of the FDJ United group.
Relax Gaming's flagship products span proprietary slots under Relax Own Games, the Dream Drop progressive jackpot product, in-house poker and bingo verticals, and the Silver Bullet and Powered By Relax third-party aggregation programmes, together delivering more than 4,000 casino games from over 70 partner studios to more than 1,000 licensed operators worldwide.
