Job Description
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulates Ontario's alcohol, gaming, horse racing and cannabis retail sectors. The Advisor, Continuous Improvement leads small-scale and supports larger process and policy improvement initiatives within the Innovation & Continuous Improvement team, applying Lean and DMAIC methodologies.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of small-scale and support medium- to large-scale process, procedure and policy improvement projects using Lean and DMAIC
Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to support evidence-based recommendations
Facilitate consultations and workshops to analyze current state, validate findings and build consensus

Requirements
Lean certification (Green Belt or Yellow Belt) with demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, process mapping and workflow analysis (BPMN)
Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass a criminal background check
