Job Description
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulates Ontario's alcohol, gaming, horse racing and cannabis retail sectors. The Senior HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering across the organization on organization design, compensation, employee and labour relations, talent acquisition and workforce strategy.
Responsibilities
Partner with executives and managers to understand business needs and recommend strategic HR solutions
Advise on Collective Agreement interpretation, leave management and HR procedures, leading employee and labour relations matters
Conduct workforce planning and assess organizational structure, recommending changes aligned with future business needs

Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
CHRL designation through HRPA (or actively completing) required
Minimum 5+ years partnering directly with organizational leaders on HR strategy, including in unionized environments
