We are hiring a Software Engineering Manager for our Reno, NV, US team. The Software Engineering Manager leads the UberWins engineering organization, overseeing Platform, GDK and Server teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy and best practices.

Manage day-to-day activities of Engineering and Technical Artist teams
Mentor, coach and develop engineers and technical artists
Collaborate with technical leaders across Platform, GDK and Server teams
Drive technical strategy, product features and best practices
Champion continuous improvement in development processes

Proven experience managing software engineering teams
Strong background in software development processes
Experience with game platform or server-side technologies preferred
Excellent people leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work hands-on with complex technical challenges
