Senior Product Manager - Sportsbook Discovery - Betsson Group

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager - Sportsbook Discovery for our Malta team. You will shape the next generation of our player-facing Sportsbook experience, leading discovery from problem framing through concept validation.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering the chance to use AI as a practical product discovery tool.

Lead end-to-end product discovery for player-facing Sportsbook improvements
Translate strategy and customer problems into clear hypotheses and success criteria
Use AI as a practical tool to accelerate insight generation and experimentation
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, User Research, and Engineering
Benchmark the Sportsbook experience against emerging technologies and competitors

Significant Product Management experience with complex customer-facing digital products
Strong Sportsbook knowledge and understanding of customer behaviour and industry trends
Experience leading end-to-end product discovery
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate discovery and experimentation
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering
