Senior AI Engineer (Voice) — Enteractive

Enteractive is iGaming's industry leader in player reactivation and retention, serving 50+ markets worldwide with 15+ million player calls annually.

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Voice) to join our team in Gzira, Malta. This role sits within the AI & Engineering function and contributes to delivering player reactivation and retention services to leading iGaming operators across global markets.

This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive salary (EUR), performance bonus, health insurance, and career development at Enteractive's Malta HQ.

Execute ai & engineering initiatives for Enteractive's player reactivation and retention products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales and operations.
Ensure services meet regulatory requirements across 50+ iGaming markets.
Contribute to Enteractive's mission of helping operators recover dormant players and increase lifetime value.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in ai & engineering within iGaming, gaming, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the European gambling regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in Malta.
