Senior Software Developer — Enteractive

Enteractive is iGaming's industry leader in player reactivation and retention, serving 50+ markets worldwide with 15+ million player calls annually.

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Gzira, Malta. This role sits within the Engineering function and contributes to delivering player reactivation and retention services to leading iGaming operators across global markets.

This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive salary (EUR), performance bonus, health insurance, and career development at Enteractive's Malta HQ.

Execute engineering initiatives for Enteractive's player reactivation and retention products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales and operations.
Ensure services meet regulatory requirements across 50+ iGaming markets.
Contribute to Enteractive's mission of helping operators recover dormant players and increase lifetime value.
Work in an agile environment with continuous product innovation.

3+ years of experience in engineering within iGaming, gaming, technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the European gambling regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Eligibility to work in Malta.
