You will learn to manage daily relationships with business partners, handling requests, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration aligned with business objectives.
You will learn to prepare and oversee periodic updates on portfolio results and performance, supporting data driven decision making through continuous analysis.
You will monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives, with a particular focus on the P&L to identify business development and cost optimization opportunities.

Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
