We are hiring a Store Specialist - Milano Mosè Bianchi for our Milano M. Bianchi, Italy team - the role covers day-to-day retail betting-shop operations, ticket issuance and customer service.
Responsibilities
Issue and process gaming tickets via the video terminals, including payouts.
Support account opening and activation for retail gaming customers.
Manage VLT and AWP gaming machines and inform customers about products and promotions.

Requirements
High-school diploma or vocational training.
Previous experience in direct customer-facing retail or cash-handling roles.
