Kindred Group is a leading online gambling operator with brands including Unibet, 32Red and Maria Casino, now operating as part of FDJ United's Online Betting and Gaming (OBG) business.

We are hiring a Customer Service Agent - UK for our Gibraltar team. This role is one of over 200 agents across Malta and Gibraltar supporting customers of 11 brands in their native language, delivering support via live chat, email and telephone.

Deliver English-language customer support across live chat, email and telephone.
Guide players through the website and mobile app, assisting with products and services.
Work closely with Player Safety, Payments and CRM teams for a positive, safe experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer service experience, ideally in gaming or a related industry.
Comfortable working across live chat, email and telephone channels.
