OCC Monitoring Analyst - Nuvei

We are hiring an OCC Monitoring Analyst for our Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel team. You will monitor the infrastructure, applications and business aspects of the company as part of a 24/7 shift-based team, getting hands-on exposure to the inner workings of fintech and online payments.

This is an on-site role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the chance to work close to the heart of Nuvei's operations.

• Respond to events and various technical problems in real-time

• Monitor and maintain the company's monitoring systems, network and business transaction reports

• Track events until resolution, contacting relevant parties in the organization as needed

• Perform data analysis and fault investigations

• Basic knowledge of SQL and IP communication protocols is an advantage

• Strong self-learner able to provide in-depth analysis in a short time

• Good Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word

• Fluent English; commitment to a minimum of 4 shifts a week including nights
