We are hiring a Post-Merger Integration Manager - EMEA for our Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel team, part of Nuvei's expanding Integration Management Office supporting the integration of Payoneer and future acquisitions across global markets.

This is a hybrid role with private medical insurance, a global bonus plan and the flexibility to combine office and remote work.

• Develop and maintain integration plans aligned to deal objectives

• Drive execution of integration activities from signing through post-close

• Act as the key point of contact for EMEA stakeholders, aligning with APAC and North America teams

• Build and maintain integration materials, trackers and executive updates

• 7-10 years in M&A integration

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions

• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365
