Head of FP&A - Rhino Entertainment

We are hiring a Head of FP&A for our St. Julian's, Malta team. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and business performance analysis, partnering with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights across the organisation. A strong background in iGaming KPIs and player behaviour analytics is required.

• Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans and forecasts across departments

• Define, measure and report on KPIs related to gaming performance

• Manage the budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts

• Oversee the collection, validation and interpretation of financial data for senior management reporting

• Identify and assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies

• Strong senior-level FP&A experience within the iGaming industry

• Proven experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management

• Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs, player behaviour and commercial drivers

• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Marketing, Game Development and User Acquisition

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
