SiGMA Group is looking for a Head of Human Resources (Malta) to collaborate with global HR leadership, driving and professionalising the company's HR function with primary responsibility for Malta.

Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design and workforce planning
Oversee day-to-day HR operations globally, including payroll and policies
Ensure full compliance with labour laws across all jurisdictions

Senior HR leadership experience across multiple jurisdictions
Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and HR governance
Experience building scalable people infrastructure for a growing business
Ability to balance strategic direction with operational oversight
