HR Generalist - SiGMA World

SiGMA Group is looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for its Armenia office, covering HR operations, employee relations, onboarding and payroll coordination.

Manage day-to-day HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation
Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers
Support hiring managers with recruitment, screening and interviews

Experience as an HR Generalist covering operations and employee relations
Knowledge of local labour law and HR compliance requirements in Armenia
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
Comfort supporting recruitment alongside core HR operations

HR Operations Employee Relations Recruitment Support
