Lead UI/UX Designer - SiGMA World

SiGMA Group is looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to lead the day-to-day UI/UX function within its Creative team, driving quality and consistency of user experience across SiGMA's digital products.

Lead and mentor the UI/UX team, providing guidance, feedback and support
Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
Collaborate with the Head of Design to implement UI/UX vision, standards and best practices
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement

Proven experience leading a UI/UX team or function
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process across digital products
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to mentor and develop junior designers
