Logistics Coordinator - SiGMA World

SiGMA Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of local and international events, coordinating venues, vendors and on-site execution.

Plan and support execution of events at local and international level within budget
Coordinate event services and logistics: venues, F&B, set-up, technical needs and permits
Conduct venue and services research to expand the supplier portfolio
Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience or strong interest in event logistics and operations
Clear communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination
Willingness to travel and support on-site event execution
