Senior Delivery Manager - SOFTSWISS

SOFTSWISS is an international tech company providing iGaming software solutions for online casinos and sportsbooks, with a distributed team working remotely across Europe and beyond.

We are hiring a Senior Delivery Manager for our Warsaw team to serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend and QA/AQA teams, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum best practices are effectively implemented.

Serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend and QA/AQA teams, ensuring Agile and Scrum best practices.
Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely execution of features based on an approved roadmap.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, identify and remove impediments, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering value.
Provide weekly reports on feature progress, risks, blockers and key metrics.

5+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in the IT industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams of 10+ members.
Proficiency in Jira (Plans, eazyBI, BigPicture) and Confluence.
English proficiency at B2+ level and strong command of Russian.
