Spanish Customer Service Host - Super Group (Betway)

We are hiring a Spanish Customer Service Host for our Ceuta, Spain team. This role supports Betway's Spanish-speaking customers as part of the international customer support team, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment.

Provide customer support to Spanish-speaking players
Ensure customers enjoy products in a safe, responsible environment
Resolve customer queries across chat, phone and email
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams
Maintain knowledge of products and responsible gambling practices

Fluent Spanish and English language skills
Experience in customer service, ideally in gaming or e-commerce
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the online gaming industry
