We are hiring a Assurance Manager EU/UK for our London team. This role provides an independent, entity-level assurance opinion across Trustly's UK and EU licensed entities, covering financial crime, safeguarding, operational resilience and governance controls.

Responsibilities
Maintain an independent entity assurance opinion across all material risk areas for the EU and UK licensed entities.
Develop control and testing plans jointly with domain assurance managers and Enterprise Risk Management.
Own the entity assurance opinion and reporting of findings to the entity Board and local management.
Aggregate and reconcile domain assurance results into a consistent entity-level view with a unified issue taxonomy.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assurance matters toward EU and UK regulators and supervisors.

Requirements
5-7 years' experience in second-line compliance assurance, risk, regulatory control or internal audit in a regulated financial services environment.
Broad understanding of payments risk and the EU/UK regulatory landscape for payment and e-money institutions.
Proven ability to design risk-based assurance test plans and lead end-to-end assurance reviews.
Experience engaging with EU and/or UK financial supervisory authorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership, Boards and regulators.
Broad understanding of payments risk and the EU/UK regulatory landscape for payment and e-money institutions.
Proven ability to design risk-based assurance test plans and lead end-to-end assurance reviews.
Experience engaging with EU and/or UK financial supervisory authorities.
