Lead Product Manager, Trustly Remember Me

Trustly is a global leader in open banking payments, enabling fast, secure account-to-account transfers and establishing Pay by Bank as a new standard at checkout for merchants and consumers worldwide.

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager, Trustly Remember Me for our San Francisco, CA team. This role owns the vision, strategy and execution for Trustly Remember Me, the end-user recognition and identity platform that streamlines checkout friction across merchant touchpoints.

Define value propositions and go-to-market strategy for Trustly Remember Me and Trustly ID across merchant verticals.
Own the evolution of identity verification, unifying KYC with user recognition profiles.
Drive innovation across authentication paradigms such as passkeys, WebAuthn and biometrics.
Own the end-to-end growth strategy to scale active user profiles and merchant adoption.
Partner with Engineering, UX, Legal and Merchant Success to bring new identity features to market.

8+ years of product management experience, owning complex, high-impact products from concept through scale.
Deep background in open banking, identity/verification (KYC), account linking or authentication networks.
Strong technical grasp of merchant integration paradigms such as SDKs, JavaScript and webviews.
Proven ability to define value propositions and connect authentication capabilities to merchant revenue growth.
Comfort partnering with Legal/Risk teams on data privacy and identity compliance frameworks.
