Lead Product Manager - Trustly

Trustly is a global leader in open banking payments, enabling fast, secure account-to-account transfers and establishing Pay by Bank as a new standard at checkout for merchants and consumers worldwide.

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager for our San Francisco, CA team. This role owns the roadmap for Trustly's global network of financial institutions, optimising and expanding the online banking connectivity platform that powers the entire payment and data portfolio.

Own the product roadmap and requirements for expanding open banking connectivity and platform coverage.
Lead the planning, discovery and prioritisation of product features to achieve the product vision.
Drive enterprise-grade quality of financial institution connectors through focus on key metrics and OKRs.
Drive end-to-end integrations with platform partners and third-party solution providers.
Work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success and Banking Relations to expand capabilities.

Experience as a product manager within SaaS, PaaS or payments industries.
Strong technical acumen and familiarity with API and quality metrics.
Ability to work with ambiguity and drive product decisions through data and cost/benefit analysis.
Excellent communication at both business and technical levels, across US and Brazil teams.
Experience working with agile methodologies and applying AI in product development.
