Agile Delivery Coordinator - ComeOn Group

We are hiring an Agile Delivery Coordinator for our Graz, Austria team. You will be at the heart of product delivery, partnering with Product Owners, engineers, QA and UX to ensure the roadmap is delivered on time, facilitating Agile ceremonies for 3-4 squads and coaching teams in Agile best practices.

• Coordinate and facilitate the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives across multiple Agile squads

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are well-defined and ready before development

• Identify delivery risks, dependencies and blockers early, and proactively drive them to resolution

• Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and scaled Agile frameworks

• 7-8 years of experience in a delivery-focused Agile role such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

• Proven experience working with complex products involving multiple teams and dependencies

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams
