Junior Licensing Officer - ComeOn Group

We are hiring a Junior Licensing Officer for our St. Julian's, Malta team. You will assist with multi-jurisdictional licensing, regulatory applications and core business growth projects, kickstarting your career in iGaming compliance.

• Support the compilation of license-application requirements and convert them into structured tracking frameworks

• Collaborate with other teams to gather technical, operational and corporate documentation for regulatory filings

• Review provided documentation and request feedback from stakeholders

• Assist in drafting responses to regulatory inquiries, audit requests and license renewal queries

• Track milestone progress for ongoing license applications and communicate updates to stakeholders

• 1+ years of iGaming experience or managing license applications in a regulated sector

• Fluent English, with the ability to liaise clearly across departments

• Great time-management skills, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion

• Exceptional organisational skills with rigorous attention to detail
