We are hiring a Data Engineering Manager, Customer for our Boston, MA team. This role leads a team of Data Engineers building scalable data solutions for the customer-focused organization, combining people leadership with hands-on technical ownership.

Lead, mentor and develop a team of Data Engineers
Guide delivery of high-quality, scalable data solutions
Strengthen data foundations and reporting capabilities
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers on technical direction
Set standards for accountability and engineering excellence

Experience managing data engineering teams
Strong technical background in data infrastructure
Experience partnering with product and engineering stakeholders
Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on technical work
Strong communication and delivery management skills
