Vice President, iGaming Revenue Operations - DraftKings

DraftKings is a leading digital sports entertainment and gaming company, powering sportsbook, iGaming and daily fantasy products used by millions of players.

We are hiring a Vice President, iGaming Revenue Operations for our Boston, MA team. This role defines and leads the operating model powering the iGaming business, overseeing Revenue Operations and Games Operations while driving sustainable growth and execution.

Serve as strategic operating partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming
Own the operating performance of the iGaming business
Oversee Revenue Operations, Games Operations and Studio teams
Drive operational excellence and scalable execution
Build a high-performing organization across brands and jurisdictions

Extensive experience in iGaming or casino revenue operations
Strong executive leadership and cross-functional influence
Track record of driving operational excellence at scale
Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
