We are hiring a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst for our Boston, MA team. This role strengthens technical compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOX, translating requirements into practical controls and scalable processes.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Own assigned technical compliance domains across major frameworks
Translate complex requirements into practical controls and processes
Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal and Internal Audit
Shape evidence strategies and validate controls
Advance governance, risk and compliance tooling and automation

Requirements

Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS or SOX compliance
Strong understanding of technical controls and audit readiness
Ability to partner across engineering and security teams
Experience with GRC tooling and automation
Strong documentation and process design skills
