Lead Site Reliability Engineer - DraftKings

We are hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for our Boston, MA team. This role sets the reliability standard across the Infrastructure Engineering organization, defining Service Level Objectives and turning telemetry into actionable insights.

Lead the Service Level Objective development process
Partner with engineering teams to design and implement SLOs
Turn complex telemetry into clear, actionable insights
Shape a consistent reliability practice across the organization
Lead through technical expertise as an individual contributor

Extensive experience in site reliability engineering
Strong background defining SLOs and reliability metrics
Experience with observability and telemetry tools
Ability to influence reliability practice across teams
Strong analytical and technical communication skills
