Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Prediction Markets - DraftKings

We are hiring a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Prediction Markets for our Remote, US team. This role safeguards the integrity of DraftKings' prediction markets, conducting trade practice surveillance and partnering with regulators to keep markets fair and compliant.

Conduct day-to-day trade practice surveillance
Support onboarding of new customers
Assist with regulatory filings to the CFTC
Review and update policies for compliance with CFTC regulations
Identify, investigate and escalate potential trade practice violations

Experience in regulatory compliance, ideally in financial or derivatives markets
Understanding of CFTC regulations and reporting requirements
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Ability to partner with regulators and internal teams
Attention to detail in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape
