We are hiring a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Backend for our Remote, US team. This role drives the architecture and development of high-scale backend systems used by millions, owning the full engineering lifecycle and mentoring a team of developers.

Architect, develop and maintain scalable, secure backend systems and APIs
Own the full development lifecycle from architecture to delivery
Lead technical decisions and mentor a team of developers
Collaborate with Product and Design on technical execution
Tackle complex scaling challenges across the platform

Extensive experience architecting high-scale backend systems
Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience
Experience with distributed systems and API design
Ability to align technical execution with business priorities
Track record of hands-on technical leadership
