We are hiring a Casino Specialist for our Cape Town, South Africa team. You will plan, execute and analyse online casino promotions and campaigns, working with stakeholders across marketing, product, CRM, compliance, design and operations to ensure every promotion launches flawlessly.

• Design and implement customer retention initiatives using data-driven insights

• Support the end-to-end promotional calendar, including concept development and briefing creative assets

• Coordinate the setup and launch of online casino promotions across all required platforms and channels

• Act as the main point of contact between marketing, CRM, design, product, operations and compliance teams

• Monitor live promotions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reporting mechanisms are in place

• 2+ years' experience in promotions, campaign management, CRM, or marketing, preferably in online gaming

• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with campaign data

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in online gaming is preferred
