CRM Specialist - KingMakers

We are hiring a CRM Specialist for our Cape Town, South Africa team. You will execute and optimize CRM campaigns across onsite, email, SMS and push channels, developing customer journeys and segmentation strategies to meet activation, retention and reactivation targets.

• Design and implement customer retention initiatives using data-driven insights

• Manage the execution of CRM campaigns across channels, ensuring messaging is relevant and timely

• Analyze customer behaviour, preferences and feedback to inform campaign strategies

• Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize messaging

• Work closely with retention, marketing, product and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals

• 4+ years of experience in CRM B2C, digital marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience with CRM platforms for customer management, segmentation and campaign automation

• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer engagement tools

• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and draw actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams
