Performance Marketing Specialist - KingMakers

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for our Cape Town, South Africa team. You will own the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns, using data, testing and optimisation to drive profitable customer acquisition, working closely with Creative, CRM, Product and Analytics teams.

• Own the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels

• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and drive profitable customer acquisition

• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics

• Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages

• Identify new growth opportunities, channels and audience segments

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns

• Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition through performance marketing

• Strong expertise across major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

• Highly analytical, able to connect campaign performance to business outcomes such as ROI, LTV and NGR

• Experience managing and optimising significant marketing budgets
