Analyst, Gaming & Performance - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Analyst, Gaming & Performance for our Raleigh, NC team. This role at Grover Gaming (a Light & Wonder company) analyzes game performance across game type, category, state, venue and device, publishing quarterly reports that guide product improvements.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Analyze game performance across multiple dimensions and parameters
Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis and trends
Partner with Account Management to assess site-level performance
Visualize findings using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Identify player behavior trends to inform product and marketing strategy

Strong understanding of consumer behavior in gaming environments
Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI; SQL or Python a strong plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Genuine curiosity and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
