Partner Enablement Manager - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Partner Enablement Manager for our Marousi, Greece team. This senior, customer-facing role owns complex integration projects with game providers and casino operators, setting the standard for how integrations are executed across the EU region.

Own complex integration projects with game providers and operators
Drive delivery quality and integration standards across the region
Serve as a technical point of contact for partner integrations
Collaborate with engineering teams on integration architecture
Build strong relationships with operator and provider partners

Strong technical background in platform or API integrations
Experience working with game providers or online casino operators
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional integration projects
Background in iGaming preferred
