Content Product Manager - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Content Product Manager for our Las Vegas, NV team. This role manages Light & Wonder's games portfolio across North America, ensuring studio roadmaps are well-defined, commercially optimized and executed to a high standard.

Own day-to-day management of the North American studio roadmap
Ensure a balanced, high-performing content portfolio
Prioritize game releases based on commercial impact and player value
Continuously assess portfolio performance and optimize sequencing
Drive strong product planning and go-to-market execution

Experience in product management within gaming or content industries
Strong understanding of game development and market dynamics
Data-driven approach to portfolio and roadmap decisions
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple studio relationships
