Commercial Marketing Manager, UK/Europe - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager, UK/Europe for our Sliema, Malta team. This role drives commercial marketing strategy and activation of Light & Wonder's iGaming content portfolio across the UK and European markets, strengthening operator partnerships.

Partner with commercial account teams to develop marketing strategies
Act as a strategic marketing partner to operators
Develop commercially focused marketing programmes for game launches
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Strengthen visibility and impact of games and studios in the region

Experience in commercial or B2B marketing within iGaming
Strong stakeholder and operator relationship management skills
Understanding of UK and European iGaming markets
Experience coordinating cross-team campaign delivery
Strategic and commercially minded approach to marketing
