Compliance Analyst - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Compliance Analyst for our Sliema, Malta team. This role supports regulatory compliance and due diligence activities across Light & Wonder and its subsidiaries, working in a collaborative, regulated environment.

Support due diligence processes across the business and subsidiaries
Assist with regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting
Maintain compliance documentation and records
Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams
Support licensing and jurisdictional compliance activities

Experience in compliance, legal support or regulatory affairs
Background in gaming or a regulated industry a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Understanding of due diligence processes
