Director of Engineering - Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder is a global leader in cross-platform gaming, connecting land-based and digital content through its OpenGaming platform and studio network.

We are hiring a Director of Engineering for our Marousi, Greece team. This role coordinates front and back-end engineering teams for the OpenGaming platform, ensuring projects stay on schedule, security regulations are met, and teams operate effectively.

Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and deliverables
Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of internal processes
Ensure compliance with security regulations
Ensure software development teams operate effectively and on schedule
Coordinate cross-team alignment on engineering priorities

Extensive engineering leadership experience
Experience managing both front-end and back-end teams
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and cross-team coordination skills
Background in iGaming or digital platforms a plus
