Financial Operations Analyst - Brazil - Stake

Stake is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join its Financial Operations team in São Paulo, taking hands-on ownership of cash operations from payment exceptions to reconciliations with banking partners.

The team works hybrid, spending three days a week in Stake's dog-friendly Sydney office, and is encouraged to use data, automation and AI to keep raising the bar.

Own the cash operations queue end to end, resolving payment queries and deposit exceptions
Make reconciliations dependable and audit-ready, tracing customer funds quickly
Act as a trusted operational contact for banking and payment partners
Strengthen controls behind money movement, turning failure points into practical improvements

Experience in financial operations, reconciliations or cash operations
Comfort working directly with banking partners on recalls, rejects and escalations
Strong attention to detail and audit-ready record keeping
This role is fully remote from Brazil
