Learning & Development Consultant (contract role) - Stake

Stake is an Australian investing platform that helps ambitious people confidently grow their wealth, offering seamless access to the ASX and Wall St to more than 750,000 customers with over A$8 billion under administration.

Stake is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant on a 6-9 month contract to own learning experiences that help people understand compliance and risk obligations and put them into practice with confidence.

The team works hybrid, spending three days a week in Stake's dog-friendly Sydney office, and is encouraged to use data, automation and AI to keep raising the bar.

Turn complex regulatory requirements into learning that is clear, engaging and on-brand
Move the company to a fit-for-purpose learning platform as the source of truth for mandatory learning
Create targeted programs for key personnel and Responsibility Managers
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Customer Success and Operations to make learning accurate and relevant

Experience designing learning programs in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into engaging learning formats
Experience with LMS migration and mandatory learning reporting
Strong stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance and Operations
