Talent Acquisition Partner - Stake

Stake is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its People team, owning end-to-end hiring across Operations and Customer Success teams and helping bring exceptional people into the business.

The team works hybrid, spending three days a week in Stake's dog-friendly Sydney office, and is encouraged to use data, automation and AI to keep raising the bar.

Own end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles and divisions
Work closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like and build sourcing strategies
Use data, technology, AI and automation to make recruitment faster and more effective
Build proactive local and global pipelines for critical roles

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or recruiter for Operations/Customer Success roles
Ability to use data and AI to improve hiring decisions
Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers across divisions
Experience building structured interview processes and scorecards
