KYC Team Lead - Stake

Stake is looking for a KYC Team Lead to lead the team responsible for delivering high-quality KYC outcomes at scale within its Financial Crime and KYC Operations team.

The team works hybrid, spending three days a week in Stake's dog-friendly Sydney office, and is encouraged to use data, automation and AI to keep raising the bar.

Partner with Product and Engineering to unlock better KYC workflows through automation

Experience leading a KYC or financial crime operations team
Strong understanding of regulatory obligations in a financial services context
Ability to use data to make sharper operational decisions
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on workflow automation
