Product Designer - Stake

Stake is an Australian investing platform that helps ambitious people confidently grow their wealth, offering seamless access to the ASX and Wall St to more than 750,000 customers with over A$8 billion under administration.

Stake is looking for a Product Designer to join its Product Design team in Sydney, owning meaningful pieces of customer journeys from discovery through to delivery alongside Product Managers and Engineers.

The team works hybrid, spending three days a week in Stake's dog-friendly Sydney office, and is encouraged to use data, automation and AI to keep raising the bar.

Design and ship experiences that help customers invest with greater confidence and ease
Take ownership of meaningful product initiatives from discovery through to launch
Use customer research, behavioural insights and data to shape product decisions
Help evolve Stake's design system with consistent patterns and components

Experience designing digital products across web and mobile
Enjoyment solving complex customer problems with simple, elegant solutions
Comfort partnering closely with Product and Engineering throughout delivery
Strong craft with attention to detail and design system thinking
