Testing lab certification is the independent verification, by an accredited technical laboratory, that a gambling operator's or game supplier's systems meet the required standards: that the random number generator is statistically sound and unpredictable, that each game's declared return to player and maths model match its actual behaviour, that the platform records and reports correctly, and that the software matches the version approved for a given market. Regulators in licensed jurisdictions require this certification before a game or platform goes live and on an ongoing basis after changes.
