bet-at-home launches Casinoro to expand casino business

bet-at-home is launching Casinoro, a Malta-licensed casino brand, to expand into new European markets and reduce sports betting reliance.

bet-at-home.com AG plans to expand its online casino business into additional European countries under a new brand, Casinoro. The casino will be operated by Malta-based subsidiary bet-at-home.com Europe Ltd, with launch planned in the short term.

Casinoro will run separately from the existing bet-at-home brand, with its own website and no integration into bet-at-home's current offering. Players will need to register separately with the Malta-based entity.

Casinoro will operate under a Maltese licence, rolling out in European countries where bet-at-home currently considers this permissible under local regulations, though specific markets were not named. Germany and Austria are treated differently: bet-at-home will keep its existing German online casino business under its national licence rather than launch Casinoro there, and Austria is excluded for regulatory reasons until further notice.

The move supports bet-at-home's stated plan to reduce dependence on sports betting, an objective already outlined in its 2025 annual report. The company said the Casinoro launch does not change its published revenue and earnings guidance for the current financial year.
