Analytics Engineer - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring an Analytics Engineer for our Athens team. You will work on the silver and gold layers of our medallion architecture, designing scalable data models and transformation pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and dbt.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and dbt
Translate business requirements into reliable, reusable, production-ready data solutions
Apply best practices in data modelling, testing, documentation, and data quality
Own the reliability of data products, investigating issues and improving solutions
Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and business teams on trusted data solutions

3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar role
Strong SQL skills and experience with complex, large-scale datasets
Hands-on experience with dbt and Databricks
Good understanding of ETL/ELT and modern data architectures
Experience contributing to CI/CD and code quality practices
