Senior Product Manager - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Athens team's Sportsbook Product vertical. You will drive one Scrum team, focusing on mobile applications and leveraging AI and experimentation to enhance the betting experience.

This is a full-time hybrid position at the heart of Kaizen's flagship Sportsbook product.

Drive one Scrum team as the Senior Product Manager
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team
Create requirements in the form of epics and stories
Manage the backlog and iteration planning process
Lead planning of product release schedules and delivery expectations

Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in sports betting or mobile products
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Experience leveraging AI and experimentation to enhance product experiences
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven approach to prioritization and delivery
